Our goal is to ensure that all your moving needs are prioritized when planning your upcoming move. This is why each and every one of our Moving Experts is by your side to ensure that you are prepared for the big day. Our sales staff is there to make sure all of your questions are answered and you have all the information you need to ensure that your move is as stress free and smooth as possible through these easy steps:

Step 1: Obtaining an accurate quote within your budget

It is our goal to ensure that we provide you with an accurate estimate prior to your move taking place. Our Moving Experts will collect a detailed inventory list of all items to be moved so that you are able to plan and meet your budget.

Step 2: Planning, preparing and packing your home

It can seem overwhelming when sifting through all your possessions. This is why we have a great team in place to help you take the process step by step and provide helpful packing tips along the way

Everything that can fit into a box should be boxed before the movers arrive

If you need packing services or supplies, we are happy to offer professional packing options tailored to meet your needs. Just inquire with our sales staff about any of our available packing options!

Step 3: The Big Day

In anticipation of your moving day, our dispatch team or someone from our sales team will get in touch with you to assist in preparing for the big day and confirming any last minute needs to ensure your big day is as stress free as possible

You can rest assured that all of our staff participate in extensive training procedures to ensure that your professional moving team is ready to assist you with all your moving needs.

Our movers are happy to answer any questions you have once they arrive, assist with any last-minute packing needed and perform considerate handling of all your household items.

Step 4: Your Itemized Moving List

When your Moving Experts arrive, the crew leader will begin preparing a detailed inventory list of all your household items, corresponding to the color-coded tags the crew will be using. A brief description of each item along with their condition will be included (noting any damages/conditions of the items).

Once completed, you will be asked to sign the form along with the crew leader, certifying all information to be accurate. A copy of this will form will be provided for your records so that you can refer to your inventory list at the delivery end.

We do recommend that you are present for the loading/offloading of your household items, however if for some reason this is not possible, please ensure that a responsible party is present on your behalf. This individual will serve as your proxy in signing the Bill of Lading and Inventory Form provided by the crew.

Step 5: Preparing for your Delivery

Upon arrival to your delivery location, it is recommended you get in touch with your moving representative to make arrangements for delivery or storage of your belongings.

Our Moving Experts can make the necessary storage arrangements for your items so long as they are notified in advance that storage is required. You are welcome to inquire with our sales team what short term and long-term storage options are available!

Any changes to your contact information must be notified to our sales team to ensure dispatch can reach you in regards to the status of your shipment.

Step 6: Payment for your Move

We have several payment methods available for you to choose from confirmed in your Moving Confirmations provided by your moving experts at the time of booking.

Your dedicated sales agent will provide you with your final balance in advance of your delivery date so that you have the time to prepare an accepted payment method in advance of your delivery

Dispatch will contact you the day prior or earlier, when possible, to your delivery to ensure you are aware of the available payment methods and well prepared for the delivery of your items

Our staff is required to collect payment for your move prior to the offloading of your household items into your new home. This is standard practice in the industry.

Step 7: Unpacking your new home!

Within the cost of your move is the full offloading of your items to your new home, however we do not include any unpacking of the boxes in our standard service

If interested in our unpacking service, please enquire with your Moving Expert in advance of your move date so that the proper arrangements can be made

We can only offer unpacking service for boxes that have been packed by our employees – if you have any further questions about this service please inquire with our Moving Experts!

  • Protective runners and padding for your floors, walls and railings
  • Color coded tagging of all items in your home and a corresponding inventory list to ensure all your items are inventoried – a copy of your inventory list provided for your records as well
  • Bill of Lading that is provided at time of pick-up for your records
  • We offer the full loading and offloading of your items as well as room-to-room service
  • Movers Basic Liability Coverage
  • Storage options available to meet your needs (short term and long term options available)
  • Re-delivery from our storage facilities to your new home included in your quote (when available)
